I may have herpes or another STDs and Im worried !!!!

Well this is how it happens. I been dating this girl for a month and even that we practiced safe sex with condom there was two times that the condom broked and know i got the doubt that i may be infested. well with is girl we kissed the first date and on the second date we had sex, the following day there was lots of red dots like pinples filled with liquid and it was a bit itchy and hurted a bit. but then in the next few days it healed, but then like a week later when i was having sex i found a that was painfull and when i look in my frenulum there was this ulcer not like a blister filled with liquid but more like an ulcer that was painfull but as ignorance i keep doing sex and in the last couple of days the  sex was so painful and horrible that when i looked at my frenulum again i had 4-5 small ulcers in plus the original ulcer, and is quite painfull.
i just had one headache but that was due to a toothache but i been kind of moody recently and im not like that at all. at this moment im ashamed to go to the doctor but dont know what to do! Even that you cant see the problem at least by this tell me if i may have herpes or any other STDs

The problem with the genital lesions/ulcers sounds like herpes.  (Why did you keep having sex with painful lesions?? Not smart.)  In any case, I never try to give definitive answers on line, and asking questions here is never a substitute for seeing a health care professional.  That's what you have to do.  If you don't have a regular doctor or don't want to see him/her, visit your local health departmetn STD clinic.  Do it soon; the the quicker you do it, the more accurate the diagnosis will be.

well i talked to my girlfriend about it and she told me the truth that she have herpes hsv-2 but was scared to tell me ! well know that i know what i have what!! what are the medications that i need to take in order to control these breakdowns???

You need to see a health care provider right away to confirm the diagnosis and get advice about what treatment will work best for you.  I can't help further until you do that.

Damn, your girlfriend is ****** in the head.  I'd take a full page ad out in the newspaper telling everyone about her infection since she did that to you.  What she did should be illegal.

Ive had sex about a year ago, I didnt have any symptoms until about a month ago.  I was masturbating and i had a Pain on the right side of my penis and it was one small ulcuer.  It healed in about two days and about two weeks ago i had one more small ulcuer, and the next day i had a rash around it.  I've been keeping and eye on it and the rash went away, and yesterday i had two painful ulcuers.  I never had any bumps, i just ended up with a painful ulcuer. Does this sound like herpes?
