Any one can help me .
I see some RED dots spot on my hand and leg.and it's not itche and not painful.
Can any one explain me why this occurred?
Is this symptoms of STD or any other diseases?

Today I did HIV ab & Syphilis test both are negative
But the red dots spot still in my hands and arm and its increasing day by day only on hand and arm ...... I am worried about this red dots very much .... Can any one help me in this matter ?

Hi, no they are not a symptom of any std but i will say that red rashs on the hand and feet could be a latter stage syphilis symptom but simple dots would not be.
