I need help

I noticed I have these weird pieces of skin coming out of my vagina. I don't know if it's always been there, but I do know it scares me. I need to know if it's genital warts? I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but I'm impatient and I need to know now. I have attached a picture of it. If you don't want to see something graphic please don't look, and please don't put me down. I haven't had many partners, this would be from my current boyfriend. He has these weird mole looking warty bumps at the base of his penis and they've always been there so I don't know if it's that or if those are just growths on the base. Thanks.

We don't look at pictures, see a Dr this is not a STD issue.
