I need some answers

I need help from a expert.. I have like milky semen coming from my pee hole and I'm not even having sex and it does that and just a little bit at a time comes out just before I pee and it doesn't itch not swollen it doesn't burn it's not red around it and I notice this was happen a few days ago and after I had sex but I used a condom and I'm wondering if I should be worried about this or why it does that.
