I need to know whats goin on>>??

about 3 weeks ago my gf performed oral sex on me for about 2mins...
about 2 to 3 hrs later i started feeling a slight burning sensation...
i ignored it because it was only a slight pain....
i have not experienced any swelling watsoever my penis looks the same.....
i only get a slight pain after i urinate not during ,i have had no discharges watsoever....
the pain now comes and goes during the day..
i.e "sometimes i dont get it ,sometimes i do"
I ended up purchasing an antibacterial soap to see if that would help>>>??

I wouldn't recommend using the antibacterial soap - sometimes it can be irritating and cause more harm than good.  If you are concerned about STD, rest assured that 2-3 hours is far too soon for STD symptoms to appear.  A pain that "comes and goes" could be from anxiety, which can magnify normal body sensations.  Oral sex is generally low risk for STD transmission.  However, if you are going to remain concerned, you and your girlfriend could always get tested - it would clear everything up.
Good luck,
Em
