I need your Professional Comment

I have asked already in the std forum, I just want to get your expert comment on my situation.

3 Days ago I went to a massage parlor and did the following.

1. Protected Vaginal with girl (Condom was covering a little over half of my penis)
What is my risk from the above for an STD or HPV, can a little bit of the penis being uncovered be a risk?

2. I gave a 15-20 seconds oral to the girl, I only did the outer part of the vagina for only 15 to 20 seconds if that.
What is my risk for and STD or HPV from the above?

3. I fingered her for about 1-2 minutes. I have now 3 days later a little bump on the finger I used, could be a pimple or a mosquito byte don't know.
What is my risk for and STD or HPV from the above?

Again, I have asked and as far as HPV some people say yes and some say no.

Thank you for your attention again.

Welcome back to the Forum.  Your questions below represent site by site concerns about all STDs.  This is just not a practical way to approach things.  Some STDs are rather effectively transmitted with unprotected sex, others are not.  For viral STDs like HPV, concerns are not warranted for you.  If you develop warts, get them treated but to try to gauge your risk is really not a fruitful endeavor, particularly since about 85% of adults will get HPV at some time, whether they know it or not.  In most cases the infection will go away.  As for your specific questions:

1.  There is a risk of HPV with any exposure to a sex partner in which your penile skin contacts your partner's genitals.  The condom you used offers some but not complete protection (it does not protect the uncovered area).  I would not worry about it since there is not much you can do about HPV -either you got it or you didn't.  As for other STDs, your urethral meatus (opening) was covered, thus there is no risk for typical bacterial STDs.

2.  HPV risk, see above, only less. STDs - the only STD you are at meaningful risk for is gonorrhea and this would be uncommon.

3.Fingering- this is masturbation.  No risk for STD unless she had an active genital lesion of herpes or syphilis and since you do not notice this, this is most unlikely.

Finally regarding your HPV concerns in a general sense.  In science, one never says never.  That said, HPV transmission by fingering is very, very uncommon.

Hope this helps.  EWH

Do you think I should test for anything? Or would it be a waste of money.
?

Thanks in advance

Personally, I see no reason for testing related to this exposure.  EWH
