I think I am going to die.

Hi guys. I am a 17 year old athletic kid.

About 4 years ago I noticed a pea size lump in my testicle. I was too embarassed to say anything and 2 years went by. At that point it was the size of a golf ball.

My **** burned also and I thought that was really weird. I never had sex or did anything else sexual and I was too embarassed to say anything because I thought my parents would assume I did something wrong. Well when I was 15 I went to the doctor because of the lump and said my **** was burning but I never did anything sexual..

The doctor said it was a cyst and he would test my urine for stds. The cyst hasn't gone away and I am 17.

My **** doesn't burn anymore; however, I believe that I am in the late stages of syphilis now and that is why the symptoms are not showing. The cyst is still the same size.

Can anyone explain to me what is wrong with me? I didn't test postive for any stds when they looked at my pee. I don't believe they tested me for syphilis though.

I am planning on going in for a full std test soon and I don't have testicular cancer.

If you have never had sex you don`t have an STD, tyhat would include syphilis. A cyst is not a problem, you can have it surgically removed or ignore it, your choice. Take care

Dude. You have a cyst. It does not mean that you have Syphillis. If you never had sex, you do not have it. People of all ages get cysts. You can get them anywhere in your body. Follow up with your doctor. Sometimes cysts need to be removed. Don't get freaked out.

Syphilis wouldn't cause cysts like this.

You need to follow up with your doc again for this cyst.  Its not an std, but you do need treatment for it.
