I think i have an STD, Would appricate anyones help

I just wanted to say thank you for taking time out of your life to help others.  


Approx 7 months ago i was inside a womans Vagina for only 10 seconds.  When i stood up i noticed this increadible smell comming from my penis.  I took a shower asap.. and cleaned off my entire penis..

the next day i noticed this Pink rash around the shaft of my penis.. and this red ground up meat rash around the head of my penis..  its been over half a year...  and it hasnt changed at all.

It doesnt hurt... it just "looks" different.

I cant tell that i have the color change in dim or normal light.. But in sunlight  it stands out like a soar thumb.   When my penis becomes erect,  the part that is Ground up red meat.. Stretches out with this Shiney/cracked  look..  But its not painfull at all.    

Again the shaft is this pink rash... and the Head has this darker red shaft... almost dark purple...  that i can see right now.. but only because i know its there...  If i went to the window.. and let the sun shine on it ...  it then stands out...

Again i appricate anyones help... Ive looked up Tons of information.. i cant find anything that sounds like this.

You are unlikely to have acquired an STD from such brief exposure.  More important, the symptoms you describe don't sound like an STD.  Perhaps a yeast infection, perhaps some other kind of dermatitis.  It doesn't sound serious.  (With strong odor after sex, it is likely your partner had bacterial vaginosis or perhaps trichomoniasis.  Neither would cause skin changes on the penis.)

See a health care provider, preferably a dermatologist.
