I woke up with one pimple on my shaft

I'm 25 yo male,  I woke up yesterday with one pimple on my shaft. I freaked out, and realized that it's like the pimples I have in my back. I haven't had sex for 7 months, and I have never had unprotected sex in my life.
I'm afraid that this is Herpes, however, I have no herpes symptoms like fever and headache.
I popped the pimple exactly like I pop the other pimples in my face and back.
Is it serious? Should I be tested for STDs? Can it be Herpes?
Please help me, I'm really freaking out.

It might be herpes, but it sure doesn't sound like it.

Get it checked if you are concerned.  Sometimes a pimple really is just a pimple.
