IDK What I have

I recently been exprienceing some issues. It started a few days ago after I have been masterbaitin I had exprienced a urge to urinate allot and when I do go i go. I have hard a small discharge from my penis. When I lay on my stomach it fells like I just had an orgasm (not the high itense good felling). Im not sure if I just beated off to hard and cumed to much or what. I have recently had un protected sex a few ago. I called her she said she got tested after I had sex with her and it came back negative. She did mentioned she a UTI while we had sex. If I had a uti would there be that discharge?

UTI can cause may things. If she did test it might not have been in the correct time frame. It is worth you testing for gonorrhea and chlymida.
