Hi I'm satish 20 years old male I had a sex on Feb 3 without condom doctor from the next day I had a swelling in my pinus head. And it developed into itching and odour got very scared and surfed in net and took azithromycin as antibiotic but it worked out well but now days I get itchiness little but I cn see a red small dot in head and I feel like passing urine and irritation in fore skin of pinus feel sad tensed got hiv

Hi, if you have a fungal infection as Vance mentions, youd need some antifungal cream to clear it up and get your skins pH back to normal.

I hav applied Clotrimazole inside my pinus coz I hav uncircumcised pinus it won't cause any problems knw???

Cn I apply coconut oil inside my pinus coz u saw it in home remedy I'm scared it a serious problem but it won't b knw??

You would have to see a Dr, might have a fungial infection.
