HBsAG                      - NEGATIVE
ANTI-HCV                  - NEGATIVE
HIV Ag /HIV Ab          - NEGATIVE

is OK???

I know there writing negative is negative.
But VDRL  0.4 <1.0 units  is ok?

.4 is less than 1.0 so it means negative
