Hi there -
Here is a list of county health departments. Call your county's dept and ask about std testing. http://www.ncalhd.org/county.htm
Here is another list - I have no idea how accurate it is, so call ahead - http://yourstdhelp.com/north_carolina.html

Interesting. Thank you very much. I think that might just be it because I don't have bumps that sorry but ooze or anything. They don't look like warts either. I still need to go to a clinic though. I don't know of any around North Carolina. I just moved here and I don't have insurence either.
I was thinking folliculitis or something similar actually from shaving.

Does skin infection include herpes, HPV, etc? I hope I just have a yeast infection.
It sounds like you need to go and be seen and get an exam. If you are concerned about std's then get tested for them. Also get tested for yeast and bacterial infections - don't guess and self treat. Since you shave you very well could have a skin infection of some sort going on. I would not shave again until you've figured out what is going on and been properly treated.
If you shower regularly you are clean, if you've been tested for std's and don't have any then you are std free/std negative. It's never a bad idea to ask for a copy of std testing to see what you were tested for since at most clinics asking for std testing only gets you tested for 2 or 3 std's at the most and leaves a lot untested for. www.ashastd.org has a full list of std's and how to test for them for further reading.
