I'm a little confused.

I received oral sex (unprotected) 5 months ago, and I'm starting to think I have herpes. I'm a physical active person, and I tend to sweat a lot down stairs.  One day I found a black head type pimple in my pubic area (pus came out when I squeezed it).

I believe I don't know if I have bumps (usually they are not risen, or noticeable) on my shaft of my penis (I'm circumcised), but they are skin colored.  They don't itch, and they don't burn when I touch them.  I used to masturbate a lot (4 times a day, without lube), and I found two cuts on my shaft (and they scabbed up, and disappeared or reappeared after).  I've developed a cold (diarrhea, coughing, no headache, no raise of temperature, or nausea), but it's hard to tell if its related to HSV, or what people are passing around (I've noticed a lot of people are coughing, and sneezing).  When I urinate it doesn't burn, but I feel like I have an urge to urinate a lot.  I went to my health care provider, and she said that everything looked OK (the feelings I had at the time was some feeling in the testies, and at the top of my penis head), and the symptoms weren't related to any STD (I started getting diarrhea about 4 days after her visit though). She also took a urine sample, and said that everything in my urine was fine.  My whole body is itchy, and the skin on my penis is very dry, I have a tingling sensation in my testies, and every time I urinate a lot more urine comes out (sometimes I feel a little wet after a minutes after peeing).

I've also noticed that I have plenty of one bumps on the end of the shaft of my penis (but I know those are bumps that the hair grows), and some spots underneath the head of my penis, but they look like spots I would usually find on my arms, legs, or back.
I'm kind of scared, could you help me out?

Nothing about this sounds like herpes.  HSV wouldn't give you a cold.  When people talk about flu like symptoms with herpes, they mean general aches and pains, maybe a low fever.  Its not a stuffy nose, etc.

What did the doctor say when she saw your bumps?

Oh and you didn't say how long this has been happening, but herpes symptoms wouldn't last longer than a few weeks.

Herpes sores also wouldn't have puss in them.

Its been happening since Wednesday of last week.  The day I felt pain, I decided to go see the doctor on Friday.  She said she didn't see anything, or notice anything. She asked if it was different laundry products I've been using on my clothes (which in my house hold that changes almost every month). She told me that she didn't believe I had a STD, but if anything to give her a call.

So you got these sores after you saw the doctor?  If that's the case, you need to call her and be seen.

And find out about the detergent.  See if whoever buys the detergent can buy one that is "free" - as in free of scents, etc.

To be honest, I don't really even see sores on my penis.  I guess since I've been reading up on things that I allowed myself to believe I had one, or two (I checked my penis, and I didn't notice any sores, or anything).

But, for some reason the tip of my penis still feels like I want to urinate a lot, and it's a little bit bothersome. The feeling came back again after I masturbated earlier in the day (w/ lube this time) I also noticed on the an almost shiny (when the light hit it, it was shiny) spot on the inside of my foreskin (I'm guessing thats what its called since I'm circumcised) when I woke up this morning.  Again, it doesn't itch, and it doesn't bother me any.  It doesn't have bumps in it either, flat.

I think the best course of action is talk to my health care provider about this, and see if she wants me to get tested for any STD's?
