I'm clear she's not!

My partner has been tested positive for chlamydia after developing symptoms in her vagina. I have had two tests (one as a double check) and I am clear. We have a healthy, full and regular sexual relationship. how is this possible? This is now testing our relationship.
Is it possible that I had Chlamydia and that it cleared up of its own accord? (Though I haven't had any form of medication for years.)
Is it possible to get chlamydia without sexual contact?
