I'm confused on whether I am infected or not

I kissed a girl and she didn't have any visible signs of oral herpes but it doesn't mean she didn't have it. we kissed for literally two seconds and since then the inside of my lips have swelled a little and become a little red. and I'm scared of if I have contracted oral herpes. and it has been 3days
