I'm desperate and I need answers. Please help?

A day after my boyfriend and I had had sex, I started to feel pain everytime I went to the bathroom. It felt like I really needed to go, but when I did, there would only be a few drops and it would be excruciating. Feeling and recognizing the symptoms, I knew right away it was a UTI. I took some AZO to relieve the pain and went to the clinic the next day. When I went to the clinic, they prescribed me Ciprofloxacin and said it should clear it right up and if the test results show anything other than what I told them, then they would give me a call. It's been 3 days and I've taken all of the medication, but sometimes I feel pain and sometimes I don't, but for the most part I know it's still there. I haven't ruled out the possibility of STD'S, but what could it be? I've had Gonorrhea before, but got it treated. Everything was fine up until a few days ago and by fine I mean, no major symptoms like the painful urination. I've been having these kinds of problems for years now and it's gotten so normal to me, that, at one point, I started ignoring it out of frustration and pain. Thinking, "Maybe it'll go away." I don't have any abnormal discharge or smell, but I have started to see some swelling on the insides of my vagina. Almost fleshy teeth looking things. I'm sure the obvious answer to this question would be to go see a gynecologist or to get tested, but before I do, I wanted to get  some outside opinions as to what it could be. I'm just a person in pain and in fear that I may never have.kids due to my irresponsible behavior. Please?

you definitely need to be seen somewhere today where they can do an internal exam and more testing.

what testing did you have done when you were seen?
