Im so afraid. I think I have something.

Stupidly i experimented with a guy who's status i didnt know. I was the receptive anal partner. Ive have no real symptoms of any STD. 6 months after I started having a pain in my anus when I would wipe. I went to the hospital and they diagnosed it to be a yeast infection. I used an anti fungal cream (which burned like fire) and something they prescribed. While i went back for a follow up the doctor she said that it looked like "abrasions" i dont really remember and gave me nystatin and a anti biotic cream. But after that I started college and I went and got tested for HIV which came back negative. I was really happy... for a while. Then a few days later when I used the bathroom I noticed really small spots of blood(light pink) on the toilet paper and itching and a little burning. Today I went to the student health center and did some blood test and swab cultures. I think the doctor said the results will come back Monday. Im so afraid that I have herpes, hpv, cancer, and or anything that could make my college experience and life something horrible. Could this be Hemrroids or gono or chylmidia? He saw no cuts or anything around my anus. Im just really scared and been prayin for days. Im hoping because of one stupid mistake I didnt mess up my whole life.

So this may be from the moisture or fecal incontinence. I would guess due to the clothing we wear in this time of year, it sounds plausible for it, however, the aggressive wiping may be another too.

I think this is a case of Pruritus Ani or Anal itching. It is common for folks to experience this matter. It happens when there is moisture, fecal incontinence, and sometimes anal fissures. Rubbing or too much friction from toilet paper may be the reason for the streaks of light blood appearing on it.
