I'm unsure of anything

So, four weeks after a unprotected vaginal encounter with a female of unknown status, I saw a small amount of discharge when i milked my penis.  went to get tested at PP and everything was negative.  A few days later, went to urgent care, they found normal WBC and a urine culture came back clean (not sure they were looking for STDs).  Went to another urgent care after symptoms persisted and they looked at WBC (sure they were for STDs) and treated with doxycycline for one week and supprax(?)  symptoms disappeared for a week and came back, so i went and got tested for a full panel of stds, all were negative.  after symptoms persisted longer, i went and got azithromycin, wondering if i had a resistant bug to the doxycycline.  Symptoms went away for a week and then came back.  I went and got tested for Trich, of course, negative.  I'm at a loss right now.  Is it possible that I don't have anything?  Am I considered safe or contagious to others.  I'm very scared that I am not safe and that my significant other will be infected (with what, I'm not sure).  Is there anything else I can do to ensure this?  M. Genitalium would have been cured by the antibiotics, right?  If this is a NCNGU, is it harmful to women? Obviously, its not due to Trich, chalmydia or gonorrhea.  Please, any advice would be great.

Your initial symptoms were so mild, and with discharge only scant in amount and only visible with milking, that I think it is likely you never had anything wrong at all. If you did, it pretty clearly was nongonococcal urethritis. When not due to chlamydia, NGU often recurs after the initial round of treatment. The reasons that happens are not clear, but many (most?) such cases may not be due to any infection at all, just residual inflammation that gradually clears up with time. While M genitalium may be responsible for some such cases, usually it is not. Most important, there is no evidence that such problems ever cause serious health problems in affected men -- no infertility, epididymitis, urethral stricture, or other complications. And also no evidence of any health problem in their sex partners.

In short, I agree with your doctors:  "All of the doctors say that this is not something to worry about since no infection was detected in urine and negative tests for STDs."

I was referring to it being M. Genitalium.  if it is, would it be dangerous?  At the urgent care, the doctor treated with suprax and doxycycline, which helped, but the symptoms came back.  then i had zithromax, and it helped, but symptoms came back.  I had a trich test and it was negative.  All of the doctors say that this is not something to worry about since no infection was detected in urine and negative tests for STDs.  Plus all the antibiotics I had should have killed any bacterial STD, except for M. Genitalium which responds better to Avelox.  I'm just trying to understand this better because i don't want to infect anyone with this, but if it is just anxiety then I will go on with life.  My discharge has always been clear, not milky.  it doesn't come out on its own but i can feel it in my urethra.  Do you have any advice?  my GP said she doesn't want to see me anymore.  I'm just scared.

what about it being dangerous to a significant other?

"Milking" is not an actual symptom. If the medication is not to treat a specific bacteria then it might supress symptoms but then they come back after bacteria starts to grow again.

Can say what a WBC might find. Might have to have a uretha swab to find out what is going on.

would M. Genitalium respond to either of those treatments?

I have what i perceive to be a mild irritation of my urethra tip along with the clear discharge that i "milked" out.  when i am on doxy or zithromax, they go away and then it seems to come back.  I'm so confused.  why would they react to antibiotics and then resume when the treatment is finished?  I've had a NP tell me that after these two treatments, it must be perceived and not reality.  If it was NCNGU, wouldn't i have had a high WBC when i was tested?
