I'm worried for this itchiness in my vagina and anus

Hi, Im 23 years old and still a virgin. I just finished my menstruation a week ago. During my period i don't usually use pads if i am at home ( I worked from home for a year already). On the last day on my period,  I use pad because i have to go out for some meeting. Now this time, I felt some itchiness in my vagina and anus. This is the first time for me to experience this. If i felt that it starts itching i will wipe it with clean clothes or wash it with water and soap and change panty so the itching would stop. The itching is not frequent. It's been 5days that im experiencing this and makes me so uncomfortable. Now, I noticed when i took a shower when it start to get wet with water it will ache but after a few minutes it will stop aching.

What could possibly be the cause of this? Is this a pad allergies, soap allergies or anything else? Could this give some issue on my fertility? How do i cure this? Does putting baby powder on pads or petroleum jelly will cure this?
Please help!

Ok i will. If this is an std, how come did i get it? An STD can be transmitted if you engage in sex right? But i didn't.

You should just see a doctor.  Once again, we cannot tell you exactly what is causing your problem.  It could be yeast and an std.  It could just be a very bad case of yeast infection.  I don't know.  Only a doctor can examine you and tell you exactly what is wrong.  Feel free to come back after seeing a doctor.  GO TO A DOCTOR.

2days after my menstruation i felt slight itchiness in my vulva and anus. The next day it is becoming more itchy. If i urinate when the vulva or outside part of the vagina get wet i will experience pain just like when you have rashes. Then, i noticed my underwear is always wet there is a white blood discharge but odorless. So, for a day i change underwear 2 to 3 times a day because if its too wet i will experience too much itchiness.

What are all of your symptoms?  Because what you just stated makes a big difference. Better yet, you really just need to go to the doctor and get a proper diagnosis.  Also, please re-read what I have previously told you.  I thought I was clear in telling you that excessive pad/pantyliner use, no matter what brand can cause you to have yeast infectons.  But if your discharge is bloody and yellowish, that is a whole different thing.  Definitely not yeast.  Please, do your self a favor and see a doctor.  We cannot diagnose you and if you do have an std, you will need treatment.  And it will not affect your fertility if you go NOW.

The discharge i just like a white blood something yellowish but its odorless. I was thinking if this is a yeast infection, how did i get it? Could it be in the pad that i use? If this will be cure, could this possibly go back again and ruin my fertility?

If i use pads or panty liners then put baby powder on it before using, is it advisable?

That is something that anyone can get for various reasons.  Some people are more prone to get them than others.  You didn't mention a discharge.  That does sound like a yeast infection if it is cottage cheese like or milky.  The itching and redness.   Since you are a virgin, it really does sound like it.  Make sure you always wear breathable materials on your genital area (cotton).  Try not to wear pads or pantyliners too much.  Even if you normally have a little discharge.  That is normal.  Yeast thrives on moisture.  You can also try an over the counter cream like Monistat.  Hope this helps!

Eating unsweetened yogurt can help.  Stay away from foods that yeast grows on, sugar, vinegar, starches.  And never ever douch(e).  You are asking for a yeast infection for sure if you do.  Hope this helps

So what i experience now is probably a pad rashes? Actually now, I use panty liners because my underwear is always wet, there is fluid coming out.

I'm just curios about yeast infections. How does one get infected on that? i'm scared that this might get into it.

Your genital area needs to breath.  There was probably too much moisture trapped there with the pad, underwear, clothing.  Try making sure you are always wearing cotton underwear.  Stay away from perfumed soaps until it clears up. You need not worry about std's because you do not have sex.  Try not to wear pantyliners or pads if you don't really need them.

I have been having periods since I was 12.  I am now 30+.  Every now and then I wear pads.  And if I don't change them frequently enough or wear them for too many days, I always get the same itching.
