In extreme panic, possible STD/STI??

Hello,
I am an 18 year old bi male from Texas. On August 6 I had my very first sexual encounter, with a man. On that day, we had sex, and now I am in extreme worry whether I could possibly have and STD or STI. I had both Protected oral and anal sex. We also kissed and he rimmed me. He never ejaculated in me with the condom on because when he got close, he pleasured himself and came. I also have been asking his repeatedly, in fear, whether he has had anything in the past and he keeps reassuring me that he is clean and has always used condoms in the past. And because I have been asking him so much, he's been saying to go check myself to see that I am clean 100% I am now set for an appointment on Tuesday August 18th for an STD screen. Since the day I had sex, I have been checking alarmingly everyday for any signs, and so far nothing. The only thing I feel is uneasy and a gurgling feeling in my stomach, but I am not sure if that is being caused by my stress and panicking.
(Note) I am also taking an antibiotic from my Dermatologist since March (Doryx) for my acne, and I remember the medicine causing somewhat stomach uneasiness, so is that maybe the cause?
Please help me I'm terrified!!!
