Infection?

So I have read a lot on the internet about what I could have, I have not been to the doctor, since I can't really afford it.
About 8 months ago I started dating a girl, we had unprotected oral and vaginal sex. That same night my penis started to feel uncomfortable. The next day I showered and saw that I had like mild red bumps on my crown of my penis head, I changed my soaps and everything. They went away and it worked, but they keep coming back. They only appear to come back when I don't shower 2 times a day. Also the skin around my penis head (uncircumcised) seems to be feeling thinker and is usually where it gets usually irritated as well.
Sometimes it does smell bad, but I don't know if it's from me not shaking enough after I urinate? Help me please
I also have noticed that if I don't put aloe Vera or something that will lubricate it for the day, it will bug me all day. It feel like the skin around the tip of my penis is rubbing against my boxers which causes lints to get stuck between the skin and my penis head.

Hi, tip irritations like your describing are often fungal in nature and if this is the case you would need some fungal cream to help clear it up. Maybe talk to your drug store pharasist about this or see a doctor. Real std, like Gono or chlamydia, you would have irritations inside your penis not outside.
