The following day I developed a small sore on my face which has since grown in size, tearing the skin as it increases. Since it is now the weekend, I will be seeing my doctor as soon as possible.
(1) I would like to know firstly if licking a man's testicles is considered to be a risky sexual activity???
- Since it's very unlikely that his semen will have come into contact with his testicles, I'm assuming that HIV/AIDs contraction is very low (Although I will get tested just to be reassured).
- What other STDs could I expose myself to by doing this???
(2) Secondly, I would like to know if letting a male ejaculate on my stomach is also considered to be high risk.
- Is it known for an infection to occur by semen entering the urethra of the other partner?
- Ditto for transmission by semen entering the body through the belly-button?
(3) What could explain the lesion on my face? How could it have arisen?
- My local pharmacist thinks it may be a bacterial infection which can only be relieved by the use of an antibiotic cream. Will an 'antibacterial' cream stop the spread of the infection. (I'm concerned to contain it before I see my doctor, as it's growing gradually throughout the day!)
I will be grateful if any body could shed some light on this problem. Thank you in advance.
The sexual experience you describe is very low risk for any STD. HIV is not a possibility. Herpes and syphilis are possible risks. However, herpes of the genitals rarely transmits to herpes of the mouth (and not noticing any sores on your partner's testicles further lowers this risk). Herpes usually shows up 3-10 days after exposure. Syphilis is very rare, and only about 5% of syphilis cases are transmitted by oral sex. You would need direct contact with a syphilis sore to be exposed to the bacteria, so no visible sore also decreased the already low risk. Definitely see your doctor about the infection on your face. He/she will determine which tests, if any are necessary. It is important to be screened periodically for STDs anyway. But the chances are, the infection on your face has nothing to do with any STD.
All the best...
