Infection risks - urgent

by anophelesRex, Apr 03, 2009 02:14AM
I have posted a question last week but recieved no serious answer:
I am married and have a half year old kid still breast fed.
My wife and I have had problems having sex since birth and I used escort girls a few times.
in 2 different occasions I got a full fellatio (including ejaculating in mouth) without protection.
I now fear I may have STD and may pass it to my wife and kid.
A month has past since last time and I have no symptoms, yet my wife complains now after we finally had sex,
of fluids constantly coming out of vagina and a bit of itchy feeling.

What are the chances of:
1. Me being infected? With what?
2. My wife being infected?
3. My son being infected by breast feeding?

To which STDs should I be tested?
What do you recommend?

Please, I'm desperate.

Thanks.

First you did receive a serious responce from AJ. If you don't think her responce was serious then no one her will be able to help you. But here is an answer for you.

1) You can get gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. Gonorrhea and NGU are the most common and usually present symptoms in men.
2) If you were infected then your wife could be infected
3) No, only HIV is passed through breast milk and you were not at risk for HIV

You can get tested for gonorrhea and NGU right now and get a 100% conclusive result. Syphilis takes 6 weeks for a conclusive result and herpes takes 4 months. Without you having symptoms I doubt that you have an STD. Your wife might have a yeast infection.
Discharge is associated with gonorrhea and NGU.

Did you only receive unprotected oral sex or did you also have unprotected vaginal/anal sex?

ONLY oral.
What is a yeast infection?

Thanks,

I would advise you to google yeast infection. i don't know the full story with it so I feel better having you find that full info from Wikipedia.

Thanks again.
Last question:
My wife says she had a bit of almost unnoticed weird feeling also before we had sex,
the real itching and dripping began right afterwards (the morning later).
Does this sound more like yeast infection than STD?

Could I have something without any symptoms?

Thanks again.

Yes, you can, but you won't know without testing.  It sounds like a yeast infection or bacterial vaginitis, niether of which have anything to do with sex.
