Inner thigh pain and swelling

For the past few months, I've been experiencing what feels like aching and swelling in my inner thighs. I experience the discomfort more during the first few days of my period. I also have been experiencing reoccuring yest infections.  I'm a little concerned about this because I'd had unprotected sex with somone I did not know very well back in November.  Since then, I had an STD screen and two HIV tests which all came back negitive, but the problem with the inner thigh pain and yest infections hasn't gone away even with over the counter yest infection meds. Am I being paraniod?  Any advice would be welcome.  Thank you.

See a Dr for the yeast infection and inner thigh has nothing to do with a STD.
