Irritated meatus, frequent urination, freaking out!

Hello,

I'm 26 years old, i'm from the states working in china for the past 3 months.  I'm regretting most of my sexual doings in china so far because i've been having some strange symptoms suddenly.  Also I'm not circumsized.

Background:

Before I came to china I hadn't been laid in maybe 4 years, since coming to china I've been to some massage parlors maybe 8 times and received "happy endings" most times, unprotected hand job type.  Also I've had sex a few times with different girls, two times were protected oral and vaginal and one time was unprotected oral and vaginal.  I don't know the sexual history of any of these girls.

The unprotected incident was kind of rough and pretty much the next morning was when I started to notice that things may not be 100% alright, The tip of my penis ( meatus, the lips ) was irritated looking, almost puffy looking, the right side seemed to be raised up a little higher than the left, and it was sensitive, reminded me of times in the past when it may have rubbed against my boxers and gotten chaffed or irritated that way.  So I chalked it up to the roughness of the sexual encounter and hoped for the best.  Well it's been a week and the redness/swollen looking/sensitivity has not changed.  Also I have been urinating much more often than usual, it's doesn't burn much when I pee, I've also masturbated 2 times this week and everything there seems to be normal, no blood in urine or seamen.  I've also been pretty anxious about the whole situation so I've been stressing a lot.  I know that the meatus is pretty swollen because 1.) the look of it is puffy 2.) when I do urinate the stream is more focused and sometimes is going everywhere because the opening is swollen.  I may have some clear discharge but it's hard to tell because it's usually kind of a moist area because of the covering of the foreskin.  

I'm going to try to go to a chinese hospital next week to get tested for STD's and maybe get it looked at.

so basically my symptoms are

1. irritated, swollen, sensitive meatus
2. frequent urination


Also this may or may not be related, I think it is related in the posibility that I caught it over here but I've noticed that I have a growth of some sort, looks like a small wart, directly on my anus.  I didn't really notice it at first kind of felt like something was out of place down there, like maybe i didn't finish wiping or something, but then I checked it out because of all of these other things that were going on with my junk, and found the small growth.  From the online research i've done i'm guessing it's genital wart.  Think i got it from the massage parlors where they will touch down there, never insert anything but all it takes is skin on skin contact i guess.


Any and all insight would help me greatly, i've read a bunch of these forums on the meatus thing, some think it's yeast infection (candita), or prostaisis ?  I am new to all of these diseases and infections so I they all just worry me more.

Can't give you much insite but can say that STD symptoms don't start the next day. See a Dr would be wise.

I think it may have just been a reaction to exposure to bacteria or something from the girls vagina, could it be yeast infection type thing?  Being uncircumsized i think my member is extra sensitive, it was a pretty rough experience so i thought it could have been from the trauma of it all but it's been a week and still really puffy and larger looking meaus, and the sensitivity.  I'm going to try to get an appointment at the chinese hospital, see what they say, i just hope i can understand them and vice versa.

it could be many things and might have even initially started out as a reaction to massage lotions/oils if the unprotected sex took place there.  

since you've had unprotected sex, you can follow up with proper testing at the proper times. it's been a week since your last encounter so you can get tested for ngu, chlamydia and gonorrhea when you are seen for a visual exam of your symptoms. you can get tested for syphilis anytime after 6 weeks, herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months post encounter.

it's always in your best interest to have a condom on if your pants are off! Protects, saves you worrying and saves you from having to test frequently for std's.  Also be aware at erotic massage establishments that the oils from the massage can decrease the effectiveness of the condom too  :(

Hey man, I'm in a similar boat as you. Many of the same symptoms. I can tell you that a wart should not appear so soon after a sexual encounter but who knows these days. Not sure if your still around or have moved on from this experience but be sure to let me know whats going on. I could bounce some ideas back to you regarding my own experience. Hope all has become well!
