Irritation, Penis Impotence, and Stool Discoloration

I actually have three questions or concerns.  The first one is that recently I had sex with my girlfriend, (about 3 days ago), and a day or two after my penis started to feel different then it did before. (#1) For instance now I have this little red irritation at the tip of my penis.  There are NO white dots or anything of that sort, it's just a little red discoloration and tends to itch sometimes.  Also I notice that when I pee, it sometimes feels weird, like different then it did before.  I realized after I had sex the other night that I used one of those Trojan "Extended Pleasure" condoms with that numbing lubricant to prevent premature ejaculation, not to mention it happened to be expired by about 4 months.  Do you think this is the cause of my problem? (#2) Also for the past week I've been having problems with male impotence.  Sometimes I can achieve an erection but not as often as I would like.  I'm kind of worried because in the past I have taken quite a bit of the drug exstacy, although it has been a long time, like maybe 3 years since I last tried it. (#3) Finally over the past week or so I've noticed a change in my stool color and texture.  Lately it's been kind of a greenish color and kind of flakey looking.  If you could help me with these three issues or conditions I would really appreciate it.  Thank you very much.

OK, your issues/questions in order.

1) Your suspicion of  a chemical or physical irritation seems valid; your symptoms don

Thanks for the info Doctor, there were a couple of other things that I forgot to mention.  Over the past year I've been getting quite a few headaches and I've also noticed that my sperm isn't really as thick of a milky white fluid anymore, now it looks like white sperm mixed with like a watery substance.  Are these two symptoms as a result of taking exstacy quite a few times in the past?  And although I haven't done any street drugs for over 3 years, is there a chance that the damage is already done, and that with the symptoms I've listed (especially the texture of my sperm) that I might have ruined my chances to have children some day?

I doubt either of those symptoms is related to your past use of Exctacy.  Headache of course has lots of underlying causes, mostly not serious; and semen can normally vary in appearance.  There is nothing in your description that makes me concerned about your fertility.  But any doctor can easily check it out; a semen analysis (for sperm count and motility) is quick (1-2 days) and not very expensive.

Hey Doctor:

There was one more symptom related to my recent problem that I forgot to ask you about.  For some reason now when I go to the bathroom my urination stream can't seem to shoot out straight like it used to.  It sort of shoots every which way now.  However, the redness has started to reduce around the tip of my penis and the pain when I urinate is getting less and less by the day but I am kind of curious as to why my urine isn't shooting as straight as it used to.
