Irritation?
For a while now, on the foreskin of my penis I've noticed series of little bumps, they almost look like little cauliflowers. I've never had any sort of sexual activity with anyone so it can't really be an STD can it?
I was thinking its from irritation, and it has gotten bigger over time, but not very much. If you can think of anything it could be, thanks !

Google pearly papules and see if that looks like what you have.

Since you've had no sexual contact, its not an std, and could be irritation, pearly papules, or a fungal infection.

If you are concerned, you should make an appt with your doc.
