Irritation rash after sex

I've never done anything like this and it just happened. I am on day two of the irritation. My boyfriend and I had a sexual encounter this weekend and we are both clean for any STDs. He was tested a few months ago and claims that he is clean, and I am a virgin with no signs of any rashes ever. I had shaved my genital area the morning of, and we were in bed together for a few hours. We didnt use any lubrication. Afterward I noticed that I was really sore because there was a lot of friction involved and my genital area where I shaved was red and irritated. Then I noticed later that night that I had a rash or irritation that resembles bug bites with red coloration around it. It is raised and itchy and it is not only near my genital area but has spread to my lower abdominal area and hip area. Near the genital area there are just a few small puss filled bumps but not many. The irritation developed within 6 hours after being together in bed.  I have extremely sensitive skin and get rashes easily. Could this be from the friction because it formed immediately? I am scare it might be an STD.  Is this an STD? Do they form right after sex or is this just a severe rash that spreads to other areas of the skin. I have a few bumps on my back, hip and lower abdominal area.

Did You shower after the sex?  I had the same problem for the last two weeks..I was scared crapless. Well, I saw a Doctor today and found out it was just a rash. You have to shower after you have sex otherwise all the sweat, and other liquids get on your skin and sit there.  Get Cordozone 1% from any supermarket, walmart or dollar store.  It should clear up within 5 days.

Trust me, this is the same problem I have been dreading the past week too.  It most likely just a rash/irritation.

you must be allergic to someting or maybe the friction was causing it.  have u asked your partner's sex history?  there arent any STIs that covers the area that you describe such as the hip or lower abs or back even. Im guessing you must be irratated from shaving whether it's the razer (if not cleaned or replaced often) or the soap you used. if it was something like herpes which causes breaks and cuts in skins, it develops as after 2 days usually never b4 2 days after exposure. i'd wait it out to see if those "bug bite" looking things go away. if it lasts for a week, have it seen by a doc.  but i doubt its something I'd worry about. you said it urself, you have sensitive skin.
