Is This HSV 2?

Hi all I'm awaiting test results for HIV and other common STD's (not herpes) about a month and a half ago while having sex with a prostitute my condom ruptured and since about two and half a weeks and a half ago I've been noticing red spots on the the head of my penis. I am concerned that this may be herpes, I have posted some pictures on my profile and I would appreciate any opinions/advice.

Thanks!

And if it's been almost 3 weeks, most those blisters would have been weeping and would more than likely have scabbed over by now and become itchy, probably almost healed at that point..

Generally hsv shows up in 3-10 days for a primary outbreak (rarely 20) so I would say 6 weeks is a little long. They would look like fluid filled blisters generally on the skin and would hurt just being there. It says you're in the UK so I'm not familiar with what kind of testing the do there but if available get a swab done on them, or in a few weeks (12 being most accurate) get a type specific igg done if available.
