Is it Herpes, Some other STD or just a Pimple

I saw today that my gf has a blister or pimple like thing on her buttock which is about 4 inches from her genitals. she said it appeared 2 days ago. It is 1 cm wide and does not leak. She said she does not have any other blisters like this and this is the only one.
Question 1: Could it be Herpes, Genital Warts or some other STDs or just a pimple?
Question 2: If it is herpes or some toher STD, can i get it since i touched it with my bare hand, i did not touch my genitals afterwords and my genitals did not touch her.
