Is it Syphilis

Okay, about 3 1/2 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex both giving and recieving with a csw in Ontario, Canada. Four days ago I got a small pimple, red/white bump on the shaft of my penis, there is little pain associated with it. I squeezed it and some clear liquid came out and then it turned into a scab. The scab comes and goes with showering, and the bump is getting progessively smaller throughout the four days. I have had herpes outbreaks in the past, I don't think it resembles that. I have looked at syphilis chancre photos and it doesn't look like that at all, it's not an open sore, it's very small (size of a grain of rice), and it's not hard. Does this sound like a syphilis chancre, I know that syphilis is very rare in Canada.

No it doesn't sound like it, and since you have seen pictures if it doesn't resemble them then I would not be worried about it being syphilis.
