Is it a Chancre?

I'm a virgin, and I never had sex. But I might of had "masturbated," here and there.
I have chancre-like thing near my inner-leg, etc. I do know what it is!?

Hi Chim, sounds like a rash. Have you changed your soap or a new body cream? Also is your going into the cold weather, your warm weather wardrobe could be causing it. Sweating legs and perfumed soap or cream can cause this in a heart beat.
