Is it recommendable to have STDS tested after giving oral sex on a female

So the case is i performed  Oral sex for about  1 min maximum to a female like about 1 month ago end of november. so far there are no burning sensations  when urinating , no chancres or discharges however i notice just 1 red  spot on my penis but it does her and is not a bump or sore , normally a sore you can feel it bumping from skin but in my case its a red dot sometimes it dissapears when i press my penis or practice masturbation i see this spot when i dont  it dissapears as mentioned,  should i test for STDS  could this be a symptom from syphillis  ? some  people  says i should get test cuz its very difficult to get an STD from oral  can i have you opinions ?   thanks in advance

you've had no oral symptoms suggestive of a std. no reason for testing.

also protect yourself and only have protected sexual contact! it protects you, saves you worrying and saves you from having to test frequently for std's!

you performed oral sex on someone so you wouldn't have contracted any std's on your genitals!!

you have multiple posts on the forum. please read our read before posting post on the forum to follow the guidelines of posting.

Yea herpes is more common but it is not considered as std. Getting Chlymidia through this brief encounter is very rare and gonorhea could happen(still rare) but  the good thing is that oral gonorhea generally clears up on its own within a few weeks without ever causing any important health problem. So overall you had no risk and no need for testing.

i dont think u need any std testing! first of all u have not contracted syphilis because syphilis sore accurs at exactly the same place that have touched the syphilis chancre so if u had syphilis u would get a chancre or ulcer on your tongue or lips no other places! oral sex could be a risk for gonorhea, chlymidia and herpes, but it is  rare to get these stds through oral sex. I dont think u had any risks from this exposure.
