Is there a cure for syphilis

Good Day,
I would like to find out if there is a cure for Syphilis and what it is?
Also, if syphilis is left untreated what are the effects?
And last, could syphilis become incurable if left untreated?

Yes there is a cure for syphilis. Not telling you the treatment because we do not recommend self medication.
The effects are that it could have serious health issues years after infection. It might be 5 years or 20 years but it will ravage the body at some point.
No syphilis is always curable but if left untreated then it make do damage that is not able to be fixed when cured.
