Is this Genital Warts?

About 3 months ago I started to find little bumps on the opening & inside of my vagina. They appeared a few days after I got a PAP test done and I did not get any bad results back from my doctor. I had her check them out about a month ago & she said it might be an infection so she gave me cream for it but they are still there. They are small & kinda flesh coloured and they do not hurt at all. But they do seem to be getting bigger. I have a little bit more discharge but not sure if this is because im pregnant or not ? I had a baby 8 months ago & I am 5 months pregnant again so I have had plenty of check ups and haven't been with another man since over a year and a half. This is really scaring me because im pregnant & I don't want the health of the baby at risk. I have read alot of information on the computer but it is just really confusing and overwhelming. If anyone has had these same thing and can relate to my situation PLEASE HELP !!!!! I will really appreciate the advice ! I have another doctors appointment next week & would like to know what I am standing up against. Thank You :)

Okay , Thank you. So they said that you were fine ? I am just automatically assuming the worst because bumps down there is scary , especially when im pregnant. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday so I will deffinitley going to get it checked then. She checked me out before and thats when she gave me the cream ( monistat ). I just hope everything is okay. & Thanks again !

I have had little flesh colored bumps right at the opening of my vagina as well.  I never really started checking or looking at my genitals until I thought I was at risk for herpes transmission so I dont know if they have been there for a long time or not, but mine do hurt.  I went to the gyno but she said everything looked normal.  My advice since your pregnant is to explicitly point out the bumps to your gyn when you go for your next checkup.  We always assume that a doctor will see or know exactly what were talking about, but maybe you should just point them out since your worried about your baby.
Hope that helps a little.
