im a male i masturbate everyday about 2 or 3 times and, a year ago was with a girl who jerked me off, i am a virgin 18 years of age. i had the red sometimes no color sharp looking bump on top or around my pee hole and when i stetch it i can see its wet in there... i also took notice of small bumps on the back of my penis and when i stretch my skin on my penis the bump are every where on the back, and some spots on my penis are shiny, i dont know what caused this, im thinking hpv , what do you think?

The bumps sound like fordyce spots - google it and see if it fits.

The irritation around the urinary hole sounds different though.  Its not an std - you weren't at risk for it, but you should let your doctor see it to make sure its nothing but irritation.

and the bump around the pee hole hurts once in a while not when i pee just once a month i dont know what causes this.
