Is this a symptom

Okay so I was recently diagnosed with a high risk type hpv and I have been freaking out a bit. I had also been bleeding occasionally after intercourse and it was sometimes painful. I know now that this is a sign of cervical cancer but I was wondering if this could also be signs of hpv?

When you were diagnosed with hpv, did they do any other testing on you?  What did your pap smear say?

Its not a common symptom with HPV, but it could be a symptom of chlamydia.

In any case, you absolutely need to get this checked by your doctor.
