Is this yeast/ BV infection/ Candida or Balanitis

I met my current boyfriend june 2011. We had sex July 2011. In August I was diagnosed with BV (bacterial Vaginitits). A few months after that he got jock it. Now he keeps Gerri.g these recurring blister on the shaft of his penis. They don't hurt, they just itch and last about 3 to 4 days. Could I have giving him a yeast infection? Could we just be passing it back and forth? I don't have any symptoms. Some times his penis smells funny kinda like a fishy smell after he showers. Could this be Candida or Balanitis?
