Itching Sensation - problem?

So I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a prostitute, and about two weeks later my face became very itchy and so did the shaft of my penis. However, this occurred about two days after eating an entire mango and immediately after that my lips felt itchy. There was a rash on my face and lips that looked like poison ivy, but no visible symptoms on my penis. Is it possible that I was just exaggerating the extent of my itchiness?

No.  It is most likely that you are allergic to mangos.
