Itching and bumps in groin area Scared

I currently have a new girlfriend I have been dating for the past month. We have had unprotected sex about 2 times. Lately I have developed a strong itching in my groin area/pubic hair region. There are many bumps present and the skin is irritated. They don't look like herpes but the tip of the bump is sometimes white and red some with hair folucles at the end. I notice it itches during the day or burns more after sex with her vaginal juices touching the skin. I have also developed a few very tiny like white bumps on the top skin of my penis they are very very small in size spec like.. Not on the tip but the foreskin. I noticed these tiny bumps a few days later after sex. These bumps do not itch or anything. DOes this sound like herpes? If not what can I apply to the affected area. Thank You

It doesn't sound like herpes, more likely folliculitis (hair follicle infection) perhaps triggered by some sort of chemical or allergic reaction.  Does your girlfriend use any vaginal perfumes, contraceptive cream or foam, or anything like that?  They can cause chemical irritation or allergy.

Without seeing the rash, I really can't tell you what if anything you can safely use that might help.  Washing with soap and water followed by a small amount of moisturizing lotion probably is as good as anything.  If it persists, see a health care provider.
