Itching and burning on my penis head

I had a sex with Inidan prostitute.I wore condom...didnt penentrated i feel due to errection problem...after 3 days i got burning and itching problem in my penis...penis uncircumcised...i had some white rash with paining in my penis stilll.is there any STD symptoms or HIV realted problem is this...now white rashes disappeared bit pain is there...now its my 15th day.
