After multiple physician visits and treatments, there is nothing further an online provider can do. No STD causes the symptoms you describe, and receiving oral sex low risk for STD and virtually zero for HIV. Your current symptoms are not related at all to the oral sex event you describe, unless they are simply due to anxiety over the event. Anxiety probably doesn't create symptoms out of the blue, but it can powerfully magnify otherwise normal body sensations. Although you don't say it, I'll bet your providers have told you the skin of your penis and scrotum are normal.
So my opinion and advice are that you have nothing that will ever harm your health (physically), and that you discuss the possible emotional origins with your primary care doc, if that possibility hasn't already been done.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
My physicians have also concluded that this might be emotionally based and magnified. However, if that was the case, I can't understand the reason for the spread towards by rear side.
Could my symptoms be HSV since the redness and itchiness are symptoms of this? Is HSV detected by standard tests? If it's HSV, could it manifest itself more on the rear than with the penis?
Also, during this time, I have been experiencing an usually high occurrence of diarrhea.
Could you please confirm my questions?
Thanks,
HHH, MD
I still believe I caught some sort of virus but it appears not to be a STD. At least, nothing of the norm. My doctor said it's possible it's a virus but they may never ID what kind. Bacteria is also a possibility.
