Itchy Red Spots (bites?) around Anus and Pubic

Itchy Red Spots (bites?) around Anus and Pubic

For about a week now around my anus has been itchy. Sometimes when I am alone I rub the itchy area outside of my pants. I feel as if it has gotten progressively worse. When I look at the infected area I notice multiple small red dots or bumps that resemble misquote bites or a small pimples. There has now been an outbreak of these above my pubic hair as well.

Here is an image of the itchy red spots

This is an image of my waist, the area around my anus is identical, although slightly more inflamed.

I am 18 and sexually active. My partner has been tested after we have had sex numerous times and everything came back negative, therefore I assume I am clean but have never officially been tested myself. We do practice safe sex but are not always as disciplined. My partner does not seem to have any type of rash herself. What could this be please help I am embarrassed and scared!

Why did you bump this?

I know it would be great to get others opinions, but most of the people who come here are looking for answers to their own questions, and might not answer yours.

I hope they do - it would be great if they did.

This isn't sounding like an std, but you need to get it checked out.

We don't look at pics here - we aren't doctors and can't diagnose (a good doctor wouldn't diagnose based on pics alone, either).

It could be anything from herpes to an allergic reaction to dermatitis, etc.
