Itchy Scrotum

I have this itchy scrotum for past 3-4 weeks. Just a small darkish spot (about half an diameter). No lesion or sore. But itchy and gets more itchy if I scratch it. Have put on some antibiotic cream and it has subsides. What is that? Have compared to pictures of syphllis or fungal infection but does not look like either.
