Welcome to the forum. I'll try to help. Reacting first to the title you chose for your question, most likely you have no STD. There is no STD that causes "Itchy genital area, hot flashes, pulsing in penis".
Now I have read the question itself. As already implied, there is nothing in your symptoms that suggests STD. Most likely your symptoms are unrelated to your recent sexual exposures, with one possible exception: if you harbor anxieties about the sexual exposures and the risk of STD, that might explain some or all the symptoms. What you describe certainly is consistent with genitally focused anxiety. While emotion may or may not create symptoms out of the blue, for sure anxiety and stress can magnify normal body sensations to a point of increased awareness, discomfort, or even overt pain. And regardless of what you read, HIV does not cause "hot flashes" at night or any other time.
In any case, protected vaginal sex carried no risk of STD to speak of, and receiving oral sex is inherently low risk -- not totally safe, but much safer than unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
Based on the exposures and symptoms, you really don't need STD/HIV testing. However, you might need testing for psychological support -- i.e. if this reassurance doesn't completely settle your fears and you would feel better knowing your test results are negative, visit your local STD clinic or other health care provider for evaluation.

No STD is likely to cause and inner thigh pimple or the new penile sensation you describe. This doesn't change my judgment or advice above.
I've developed new symptoms in the past couple of days. There's a very small pimple looking thing appearing in the inner thigh area, about 6" away from genitals. It's on both legs, about the same location, one on each thigh.
Also there's slight burning/cool sensation on the penis, like the feeling you would get after putting on some icy/hot. It's not painful, just noticeable.
