Itchy penis head/bump on lip

About 21 days ago I received a handjob at a massage place. I'm totally freaking out and convinced I have an std. About 4-5 days after the encounter I noticed itchiness on my penis. I saw no sores or bumps and still see no sores or bumps. However a very small part of my penis head is red. I can't tell if I'm making up the itchiness or freaking out over nothing. But about 4 days ago I noticed a very small bump on bottom lip, it hasn't gotten bigger and I don't see any other bumps. My pcp told me the bump was nothing and didn't look like a cold sore or anything like that. I gave a urine a sample and came up negative for any stds there. I had my penis examined and the doctor said it was nothing but I'm not sure she saw was I'm seeing on my on my penis head. What could it be ?

Hi, a handjob is zero risk for contracting any std so what ever irritation your having is not connected.
