I've tried plucking, but cant get rid of this sensitive, anoying bump near my vagina, but not inside it

i am 13 years old, and i develop very fast for my age, i have a medium sized red bump on the right side of my pubic area, it's very sensitive, i have had ingrown hairs before, but neve this big, i have plucked all of the hairs on or surrounding the area of the bump (ouchh) but, i cant seem to get rid of it, should i pop it open, but maybe bacteria would get in or something,, or should i see my doc, i have no idea what do, my mom is a unit clerk at a general hospital, but i am away on vacation this summer, im afraid to ask her, but i have never had sex of any kind at all, i do have my period but am not currently on it, please help me.

bottom line is - you need to leave your hands off of this at this point and go and be seen. You can try something as simple as applying warm compresses to the area at this point until you are able to get an appointment somewhere.

This is the STD forum and since you've never had sex, you're posting in the wrong forum.  With that said, don't be affraid to go to your doctor, most likely nothing to be worried about, but you should be see just to be sure.  Don't try popping it before you're seen.
