You could absolutely have jockJock itch itch, but you should get it checked before trying any over the counter treatments. If its something else, those creams could make things worse.
Also, don't put ANY creams on it before you get to the doc. Creams can make it change in appearance, and make it harder to diagnose, or culture if needed.

I don't know when it will be answered - I don't know if they answer on Sundays. It also costs $15 to ask a question to the docs.
