If you used condoms, you are not at risk for HIV, or other STD. Recurrence of jock itch is not uncommon. My guess is that two unrelated things happened at about the same time. You have nothing to worry from the exposure you describe. EWH
Thanks Doc for the breathe of fresh air. I was really worried because I thought was vaginal fluids hit jock itch then it would transmit into your blood stream. I am glad that is not true. This is the last scare that I will ever have in my life. Do you think that I should get another HIV test in three months or should I just chill and relax
I dont want you to think that I am questioning you, but for my own peace of mind is 26 days after possible exposure a sufficient amount of time to get a somewhat accurate result. Please dont take offense
No offense taken. the reason you do not need repeat testng is not because of the time frame but because your exposure did not put you at risk for STD. EWH
